Final post - Distance To Empty changes name to Antennas Up - May 21, 2008
Hello to all our friends,

The time has come for a big announcement. We've had a lot of time to talk, think, dance, and discuss this, and came to the same decision. Distance to Empty is changing its name.

We've gone through changes, both in lineup and in style, and feel that Distance to Empty is a band that has come and gone, and our new spirit deserves its own title.

Antennas Up.

We ask everyone who has been following us over our careers to take some time, let the name talk to you, take you to dinner, maybe even kiss you (but not on the first date). It's wooed us, and we know it will woo you too.

So now you'll find our new record (which is quite close to release), new shows, and everything you need over at myspace.com/antennasup. Add us and have all your friends add us! We want all our friends back.

A thank you to everyone who has been there through the years, and a hello to everyone joining the revolution. Expect our record quite soon.

Cheers,

Antennas Up
