I'm Lauren Zimmer and I live with my husband and dogs in Salt Lake City, UT. I'm 40 years old.

I have been racing for about 5 years and have always focused on mountain biking, whether that be XCO racing, long distances or duo racing. But lately I've been daveling in gravel racing and kind of love it! I have always thought of myself as a decent climber and descender. I love grinding up and also bombing down STEEP technical trails! I am also REALLY good at reminding the people I'm riding or racing with to eat snacks. Partially because I bring too much and don't want to carry all of it but also, ya gotta EAT!

I am obsessed with my 2 crazy dogs, Ripple who is ~3 and Poppy who is ~2. They are both rescues who have an astonishing amount of energy, but are also A+ cuddlers. I am also obsessed with my husband Brian who got me into the sport of mountain biking!
