What We’re Building in 2026

The Elite Squad is the next evolution of our mission: elevating women’s racing, expanding participation, and redefining what women’s cycling can look like. This team is designed to lead by example, race with intention, and build the next generation of leaders in our sport.

In 2026, we’re creating a coordinated squad of six athletes who will race together with purpose—using teamwork, strategy, and storytelling to bring greater visibility to women in off-road cycling. Four of these athletes will also form two Duo MTB teams, showcasing the power of partnership, communication, and shared resilience in stage racing.

Our goals for 2026 include:
• Increasing representation and participation across all race distances
• Working with event partners to promote women-only starts and equal race experiences
• Building community through shake-out rides, mentorship, and finish-line support
• Bringing road-style teamwork and tactics to off-road racing, where women rarely get to experience true team dynamics
• Empowering more women to show up boldly, stay in the sport, and see themselves as leaders

In addition to our Colorado-based racing, the Elite Squad will compete internationally, extending our impact and visibility onto the world stage.

Together, we’re creating a team that races hard, lifts others up, and shows exactly what’s possible when women support women—on the course, in the community, and in the future of our sport.
